Each company is provided with its own admin account. The admin is responsible for creating and managing user accounts for internal staff (Lead Executives and Field Executives).

• Contact Info (Phone, Email)
• Role (Lead Executive, Field Executive)

3.2 Location Data

Location tracking is a core feature of our organization’s internal SaaS application, developed exclusively for employee attendance management. Only authorized employees can access the app—public sign-up or account creation is not permitted. Location data is captured strictly when an employee actively taps "Mark In" to start their workday and stops when they press "Mark Out" to end it. We do not track user location in the background or outside these actions. This functionality ensures accurate and secure attendance records tied to real-time location, supporting organizational accountability while safeguarding employee privacy.

3.3 Battery Status

We collect the battery percentage to ensure field agents have sufficient charge during active tracking.

3.4 Lead Data

When companies integrate their lead sources, the following may be collected:

• Customer name and contact
• Source and status of lead
• Assigned executive and notes

• Attendance and activity logging

9. Location Permission Disclosure

The location module is a core feature of our internal SaaS application, designed specifically for employee attendance tracking. Location access is user-initiated only—it is triggered exclusively when an authorized employee taps "Mark In" or "Mark Out." The app does not support public sign-ups and is accessible only to verified employees within the organization. We strictly comply with all relevant platform policies (e.g., Google Play) concerning location permissions, user consent, and transparency in data usage.
